The NAIT Ooks delivered a composed second-half performance to defeat the St. Thomas Tommies 74–56 in bronze quarterfinal action.
St. Thomas came out strong, leading after the opening quarter and remaining competitive through the first half. However, NAIT shifted momentum in the second quarter with a decisive 26-point surge to take control heading into halftime.
Payton Neilson led the Ooks with 25 points, including five three-pointers, while Mikah Reed added 14 points. NAIT’s perimeter shooting proved to be the difference, finishing the game above 50% from beyond the arc.
Claudia Steeves paced the Tommies with 20 points, but offensive struggles in the second half limited their ability to respond as NAIT pulled away in the fourth.

The King’s University Eagles set the tone early and never looked back, defeating the Douglas Royals 63–52 in bronze quarterfinal play.
A dominant 25–10 first quarter gave the Eagles a cushion they maintained for the remainder of the game. While Douglas responded with a strong second quarter, they were unable to overcome the early deficit.
Aneilia Ayotte led the Eagles with an impressive double-double, recording 18 points and 14 rebounds. Jamie Bunting added 14 points, providing key offensive support.
For Douglas, Lauren Clements was a standout with 23 points and 11 rebounds, but the Royals struggled with shooting efficiency and ball control, committing 25 turnovers in the loss.

The VIU Mariners used a strong fourth quarter push to secure a 62–56 victory over Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and advance to the national final.
In a tightly contested matchup, VIU held a slight edge at halftime before Saint-Jean responded in the third quarter to keep the game within reach. The Mariners ultimately pulled away late, outscoring Saint-Jean 18–10 in the final frame.
Samantha Shields led all scorers with 16 points, while Trista Thorn recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Saint-Jean was led by Deborah Damoah with 14 points and seven assists, alongside Madina-Aissata Cisse who added 13 points and nine rebounds.
Despite a strong defensive effort, Saint-Jean struggled from beyond the arc, shooting just 15.2%, which limited their comeback chances late in the game.

Falcons Fly Past Dawson in Overtime Thriller Behind a historic triple-double from Ashlyn Anderson, the Fanshawe Falcons secured a gritty 89–78 overtime victory against the Dawson Blues. With the win, Fanshawe advances to the gold medal game, where they will meet VIU on Saturday night.
The Falcons overcame a slow start, trailing by 12 after the first quarter, to force a 76–76 tie at the end of regulation. Fanshawe dominated the extra period, outscoring Dawson 13–2 to seal the victory.
The win was fueled by Anderson's monster performance of 31 points, 26 rebounds, and 10 blocks. She was supported by Edith Eseme, who provided a spark with 19 points off the bench, and Layla MacKenzie, who contributed 15 points. Dawson was led by a standout effort from Mia Simpson, who scored 26 points—including an efficient 6-of-10 from three-point range—while adding 5 rebounds and 5 steals. Aya El-Ouali also reached double digits for Dawson with 11 points, while Mila Garneau cleaned up the glass with 8 rebounds.
