Holland, led by ACAA Player of the Year Nikki Roberts, finished atop the conference standings with an 11-0-1 record. The Hurricanes are now six-time champions in the ACAA. They’ll face the CCAA’s No. 1 ranked team, the Fanshawe Falcons, who successfully defended their OCAA title. Fanshawe blanked the Seneca Sting 2-0 in the OCAA Championships final. The Falcons, led by OCAA Player of the Year Jade Kovacevic, finished atop the OCAA West Division standings with an 8-0-1 record.

    NAIT Ooks

    Wednesday, Nov. 6
    MATCH 2: 12:30 p.m. MT

The Dynamiques de Sainte-Foy will represent the RSEQ as a wildcard team. Sainte-Foy was shutout 2-0 by the defending CCAA National Champion Champlain Cavaliers in the conference final. They defeated the perennial powerhouse Élans de Garneau 2-1 in a thrilling semi-final shootout. Sainte-Foy placed second in the RSEQ during the regular season with a 4-2-2 record. They’ll face the NAIT Ooks, who successfully defended their ACAC title. The Ooks edged the Concordia Thunder 3-2 in the ACAC Championships final. NAIT, led by ACAC Player of the Year Marissa Webb, finished tied for first in the ACAC North Division standings with an 11-1 record.

    Wednesday, Nov. 6
    MATCH 3: 3 p.m. MT

The Seneca Sting, led by second-year midfielder Sona Makulova, will represent the OCAA as a wildcard team. Seneca finished atop the OCAA East standings with a perfect 9-0 record. They were defeated 2-0 by the Fanshawe Falcons in the OCAA Championships final. They face the VIU Mariners, who are PACWEST champions for the second straight season. VIU defeated the Capilano Blues 6-1 in the PACWEST Championships final. The Mariners, led by PACWEST Player of the Year Kanae Yamamoto, finished atop the conference standings with an 8-1-3 record.

    Concordia Thunder
    vs.
    Champlain Cavaliers

    Wednesday, Nov. 6
    MATCH 4: 5:30 p.m. MT

The host Concordia Thunder are battle-tested and hope to contend on home soil in Edmonton. Concordia was narrowly defeated 3-2 by the NAIT Ooks in the ACAC Championships final. The Thunder finished in a tie for first – with the Ooks – in the ACAC North Division standings. Their reward for hosting? A quarter-final matchup with the defending CCAA National Champion Champlain Cavaliers. Champlain blanked Sainte-Foy 2-0 in the RSEQ Championships final. Led by RSEQ Player of the Year Noémi Paquin, the Cavaliers cruised to a 5-1-2 record and first-place finish in the conference. Champlain earned its first CCAA title in Women’s Soccer last fall in Coquitlam, BC.
