2009 CCAA Women's Volleyball Player of the Year.

Karlee Diesing from Capilano University is the winner of the 2009 CCAA Female Volleyball Player of the Year.
Captain and third year player for the Blues, Karlee is an all round player who has been a dominant force on the court, placing her in the top 10, in Kills, Aces and Digs. Guiding her team to a second place finish in the BCCAA, her performance and leadership was recognized, by being awarded BCCAA Player of the Year, and named to the All Star team.
Karlee gives back to her sport by working with the Blues summer camps as assistant coach. As well, she is Capilano University’s Human Kinetics representative with the BC Articulation Transfer Committee.
Player of the Year recipients receive a CCAA customized ring provided by Jostens Canada, the Official Ring Supplier of the CCAA Championship Awards Banquet.
The Canadian Colleges Athletic Association is a national sport organization that enriches the lives of student-athletes through intercollegiate competition.
