W_AllCanNovember 8, 2011 - The CCAA (Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association) proudly announced the 2011 CCAA Women's Soccer All-Canadians at the CCAA All Canadian Soccer Banquet in Quebec City, Que.

Each award recipient is selected by their individual conference based on their performance and contribution to both their team and the sport.

Kathleen Bérubé-Garneau, Élans du François-Xavier-Garneau
This third-year forward is a respectful player yet a constant threat around the net. She's a key member of the Élans' offence, which has recorded 33 goals and only 3 against this season.

Lindsay Boland, Concordia University College of Alberta Thunder
This third-year forward is an exceptional athlete with the right attitude. She earned provincial silver playing in the Alberta Major Soccer League and was the league’s top goal scorer in 2011.

Emily Burke, Mount Saint Vincent Mystics
This fourth-year striker was one of only two players remaining from the squad's starting lineup. The team captain stepped up in a big way, playing every minute of every game. She is the ACAA women’s soccer player of the year.

Leanne Kadatz, NAIT Ooks
This is the second year in a row the third-year striker has been named a CCAA All-Canadian. She led the CCAA in individual scoring with 20 goals, scoring in all ten games during NAIT’s undefeated season. She is the ACAC women’s soccer player of the year.

Audrey Lagarde, Indiennes du Collège Ahuntsic
The second-year midfield has a vision for the game that is above average. She’s armed with a powerful shot, excellent passing and leadership that makes her an excellent captain.

Gabrielle Lapointe, Dynamiques du Cégep Sainte-Foy
She’s a second-year central midfielder with remarkable vision who was named the RSEQ’s women’s player of the year. She helped her coaches lead a young team and has continually improved as a player.

Keyla Moreno, Humber Hawks
This fourth-year forward is a two-time CCAA All-Canadian with two CCAA national bronze medals. She leads her team in scoring and serves as a mentor to the Hawks’ younger players.

Amber Regnier, Red Deer Queens
The third-year central defender is team captain and leader of the best defence in the ACAC; the Queens had a record five shutouts this season. She plays with unmatched intensity yet has never earned a caution.

Lana Rockhill, Langara College
This third-year forward is team captain and a key playmaker on the pitch. She is relentless in her pursuit of the ball and expects maximum effort from herself and her teammates.

Shanay Sangha, Kwantlen Eagles
This third-year midfielder is an intelligent player with an impressive scoring record. She had 11 goals in 12 matches and scored multiple points during three games, many of which either opening or match-winning goals. She is PACWEST’s women’s soccer player of the year.

Chelsea Saunders, Algonquin Thunder
This second-year fullback is an adaptable player who wins balls and eliminates the opposition's scoring opportunities. She played every minute of every game with the nationally-ranked Thunder.

Congratulations to all athletes on their accomplishments.
