In her 3rd year as guard for les Dynamiques du Cégep de Sainte-Foy, Marie-Line Petit was named to the tournament all-star team that took place at Mount St. Vincent on January 3rd, a tournament that saw both CCAA and CIS players compete.

 In the bronze final against the host team she played an exceptional game racking up 24 points, 5 assists, 9 rebounds, 9 steals, with only 2 turnovers, all while playing a great defensive game. In the 4 games her team played in the tournament she averaged 13.75 points/game, 5.25 assists/game, and 7.75 rebounds per game.

The Cavaliers (7-1 in conference play and 15-3 in all CCAA play this year) have been helped by the tremendous play of veteran forward Yann Charles. Yann current leads the FQSE (Fédération québécoise du sport étudiant) league with an average of 24.5 points/game. He is currently 3rd in rebounding with a 9.3 rebounds/game average. Yann currently leads the Cavaliers from 3-point range with a 67% average and he’s a very respectable 59.2% from the field.
