Shawna Metcalf has rewritten the OCAA record book as Cambrian Golden Shield’s top point earner. The North Florida University transfer leads the OCAA in several statistical categories, and had already broke single season records for Aces in a Season with 69 and Total Points in a Season with 339. She is also on the cusp of breaking the Kills in a Season record, sitting just three kills shy of the 2004-05 record set by Megan Stacey. |
NAME: Corey Cole Corey Cole of the St. Clair Saints set the OCAA Career Blocks record this month, finishing his five year career with 205 rejections. The 6’5” middle also managed to tie the OCAA record for most blocks in a season with 69. He is now one of three OCAA athletes who hold the distinction (Kanitha Boranprasit, Seneca 00-01, Carter Walls, Humber 00-01).
