NAME: Kelcie Levesque
INSTITUTION: UNBSJ Seawolves SPORT: Volleyball YEAR: 2nd ACADEMIC PROGRAM: Bachelor of Science HIGH SCHOOL: L'ecole St. Anne Fredericton N.B. IMPRESSIVE STATS:
Kelcie has already made a tremendous impact at U.N.B.S.J. with many outstanding honours and awards. She is a leader in the classroom and on the volleyball court and has gained the respect of her team and class mates by her excellent work ethic. She has helped to lead her Seawolves team to a 9-0 1st term record in the A.C.A.A. and a top ten ranking in the C.C.A.A. Kelcie has a kill percentage .400% which is outstanding for a power hitter and 24 serving aces already in the season. Kelcie also dedicates some of her free time to teaching young up and coming volleyball players who are between the ages of 4-14 and belong to the U.N.B.S.J. Wolfpack Volleyball Club. She also has become a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society, where you have to be in the top 15% of your faculty and volunteer in the community activities to become a member. Kelcie and made a commitment of excellence and to do the very best she can on and off the court. We are very pleased to have such a student-athlete like Kelcie to represent our team, university and community. |
NAME: Carl Wichstrom Mount Saint Vincent University's Carl Wickstrom had a great weekend for the Mystics at the Dyrick McDermott Invitational. Carl had his best back to back games as a Mystic in his 5 years. His averaged 15pgp, along with 5 rpg, and shot 50% from the field in 25mpg. Carl was the driving force for the Mystics at the first annual Dyrick McDermott Invitational.
