Cross Country Runners Take Centre Stage in Camrose, Alberta!

fanccr1(Cornwall ON - November 19, 2009)  The 2009 Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) Cross Country Running National Championships were the highlight event this past weekend, November 13-14th, 2009, in Camrose, Alberta.  Runners took to the course and enjoyed beautiful sunny weather as they all competed for the championship title.  All 5 CCAA-member conferences were in attendance for a total of 270 participants, including coaches.

Lethbridge Runners cross the finish line first at the 2008 CCAA Cross Country Running Open

Cross country running took center stage in Kingston, Ontario this past weekend as St. Lawrence College – (Kingston) successfully hosted the 2008 Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) Cross Country Running Open Championships. A total of 247 cross country runners – 113 women and 134 men - travelled to Kingston to compete in the event.

2008 Cross Country Open Championships

(Cornwall, Ont. – November 8, 2008) The country’s best collegiate cross country runners took to the starting line at the 7th annual Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) Cross Country Running Open Championships on November 8th.

CCAA Cross Country runners are warming up!

(Cornwall, Ont.– November 2nd, 2008)  With final preparations well underway, the St. Lawrence College, Kingston Campus, is anxiously awaiting the country’s best collegiate cross-country runners for the 2008 Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) Cross Country Running Open Championships.
