January 13, 2012 – The 2013 CCAA Men’s Volleyball National Championship will be hosted by Niagara College in Welland, Ont. 

Eight of the nation’s top teams will compete in the national championship tournament, taking place March 7-9, 2013. As hosts, the Niagara College Knights are entitled to a berth.

“We are proud to host the country’s top men’s volleyball teams in our state-of-the-art facility. Our new athletic building is ideally suited to host a national championship,” says Steve Hudson, acting president of Niagara College. “We also offer athletes and coaches from across Canada the opportunity to experience the Niagara Region, one of the world’s great tourist destinations and the perfect backdrop for a safe and enjoyable event.”

Niagara College previously hosted the 2011 CCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship with great success.
