Jacques was also named to the RSEQ league 1st all-star team as well as the RSEQ provincial championships all-star team. |

INSTITUTION: Vanier Cheetahs SPORT: Basketball YEAR: 4th ACADEMIC PROGRAM: Social Sciences HIGH SCHOOL: Académie de Roberval (Chateauguay, QC) Named the 2011 CCAA Men's Basketball National Championship tournament MVP, Jerome Blake capped off an impressive season in style with a 34 point outting in the championship final. His performance in the gold medal game also earned him player of the game honours en route to his team's victory. Jerome was the RSEQ's 6th leading scorer averaging 17.4 pts per game while shooting 48.6% from the floor. With a school scoring record of 41 points in one game, Blake was named the tournament MVP at the RSEQ provincial championship while being named to the RSEQ's 2nd team All-Star roster. |
